Dunlee welcomes you to explore the potential of tungsten at Formnext, held November 15-18 in Frankfurt, Germany.
The Dunlee exhibit will showcase tungsten’s properties that make it well-suited for many varied applications. “We’ve been producing anti-scatter grids for medical imaging for over 10 years. That experience has shown us tungsten’s potential for so many other applications that require complex shapes, are very thin or detailed, or need to withstand high temperatures or radiation, for example,” says Jan Philippe Grage, business manager, 3D printing. “Our business model is to work with customers from product ideation through mass production, and we’re excited to explore new possibilities with those attending Formnext.”
Owner of the world’s largest printer park dedicated to tungsten, Dunlee is particularly interested in exploring opportunities in mining, nuclear fusion, aerospace, energy, automotive, X-ray applications in baggage scanning and diagnostic imaging, and space.
Dunlee’s exhibit will also showcase the progress it has made in achieving its sustainability goals. Dunlee repurposes 100% of its tungsten waste and its printer park has a 0% operational footprint, with 100% of its operation powered by renewable electricity.
