Dunlee, one of the leading manufacturers of controlled processing pure tungsten via the additive manufacturing technique Powder Bed Laser Melting, will be exhibiting and lecturing at TCT this year.
“We have several years of experience in the Japanese market, but this is our first attendance at TCT Japan,” says Koji Yamamoto, Sales Manager Japan at Dunlee. “Therefore, we are very excited to exhibit and also share the latest innovations on 3D-printed tungsten,” he continues.
Expert Insights on Laser Power Bed Fusion at TCT To showcase the advancements in 3D-printed tungsten, Koji Yamamoto will give a presentation and share valuable expert insights.
With its high density, melting point, and thermal resistance, tungsten challenges traditional manufacturing. During Yamamoto’s lecture, participants can learn about laser power bed fusion (LPBF) and its applications in extreme environments. This enables precise, complex tungsten components for demanding sectors like aerospace, medical imaging and nuclear energy. The presentation will also cover powder refinement, process optimization, and design innovations.
The lecture will take place on Thursday, 30th January 2025 at 12:45-13:15 local time at the Introducing Stage (East Hall 3) and will be held in Japanese. Join us to see how Dunlee is pushing the boundaries of 3D printing technology and driving new possibilities in high-performance manufacturing. Visitors can also come by at Dunlee’s booth(#3A-21).
