Q. Will my CT system have the same image quality with a Dunlee X-Ray tube as it did with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM’s) tube?

A. Absolutely! Dunlee replacement tubes meet all IEC 60336 specifications for focal spot size and match OEM specifications for form, fit and function. Stringent testing is conducted in our advanced test lab as well as in the field to ensure matching or superior performance of our replacement tube products.

Q. Our system is down. How fast can you get us a replacement tube?!

A. Dunlee stocks tubes at loading centers and at major air terminals throughout the U.S., Europe, South America and Asia. In most cases, you’ll receive your replacement tube within 24 hours.

Q. If Dunlee’s tube price is lower than the OEM’s, how can I be sure that your tube reliability is as good as the OEM’s?

A. Dunlee uses the finest materials in tube construction and each tube must pass multiple inspection tests before it’s released for shipment. Streamlined manufacturing, highly experienced workers, and having an in-depth understanding of imaging systems enables us to create products that meet or exceed the specifications of the OEM tube for performance…satisfaction guaranteed!

Q. If we have trouble with tube installation or operation, what do we do?

A. Dunlee provides 24/7 technical and customer service support, 365 days per year. A Dunlee representative will answer your call, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm (Central Standard Time). After 8 pm (CST) and on weekends, you will reach our answering hotline and an on-call service representative will return your call promptly.
